Boy, the animals lost a great fighter for them. Through Steve, I was able to appreciate all types of animals along with my niece, who's watched him since she was 3 months old. My heart goes out to Terri, Bindy, and Bob and may they help keep Steve's fight alive. God bless you Steve and thanks for your love of animals in such an inspiring way that has been reached to millions!

To me Steve encapsulated everything good in the world he looked through eyes that saw the beauty and wonderment that God intended. He brought nature to an audience weary of the world and gave millions an appreciation of a world that had been forgotten and ignored. I truly believe his work here was done he had achieved the virtually impossible he made us see. We were so blessed to have Steve and must cherish his memory. I love you Steve, God bless you and your wonderful family xxx

Terri,
Just needed to tell you I am still thinking of you and your family. I can not watch any of Steve's shows without crying. Steve,as you already know was THE BEST. I am very sorry you have to go through this pain. Your children have to be your biggest sense of comfort and pride. Please don't give up your work. You were and still are an vital part of Steve's legacy. Godd Bless you and your Family.

It has almost been a year and I still can't believe he is gone. I loved watching his show as I loved his enthusiasm and passion for animals and I always envied him for doing what he loved as I wish I could be doing the same thing. His legacy will live on through his wife and children and their dedication to Steve's zoo and other animal causes. I know Steve is looking down on his friends and family, wishing he could be there, but oh so proud of them for continuing on with his wishes. I hope some day to travel to Australia to see the zoo and everything that Steve and his family have created!!!

To Terry, Bindi, Bob, friends and other family of Steve, I was truly one of Steve's biggest fans. He taught me so much about caring for wildlife and the animals which we affect. The day that Steve died, was a really hard day for me. I realized that it was a hard time for the world, and Animal Planet would never be the same again. I have a hard time watching the channel still, but I want to further my knowledge in the animal field, because I have always wanted to be a zoologist. I thank your family so much for teaching me so much about the wonderful animals on the planet. I will always continue to give back and keep Steve, and all of you as my inspiration. Thank you soo much and God Bless you. We all know Steve is in a good place.

To all of Steves family and friends - I just wanted you to know that I am still thinking of you all and was so shocked when I heard the news that Steve had died. He was a truely remarkable person - a one in a million and becase of this, the gap that he must have left in your lives must be all the more noticable. The world is a poorer place for loosing him. His passion and enthusiasm were legendery.
I wish i'd known him but feel like i did as he seemed to give so much of himself on the TV shows he gave us all.
I look forward to meeting him again - one day.
Love to you all
