Some say that Steve died in the water, but he died on the boat. I know, because I did a report on him. HE DIED ON A SPECIAL DAY TO ME! I am still sad about it. I was just shattered when I got the news. If I knew Steve, he'd say "Go on with your life, I'll be fine in heaven."

It's been a long time since I've been able to think about Steve Irwin's passing without getting teary-eyed. I can't even imagine what his friends and family have had to deal with over the past several months. My thoughts and prayers go out to them.

I enjoyed Steve shows very much. Its hard to believe he is gone. I wish the best for his dad,wife,children and friends. I seen Terri and Bindi on the Ellen show so glad to see his spirit is being carried on through his family. \hope to visit your zoo someday.

What a Beaut guy...a real great guy...sending Birthday Wishes to you Steve....sure do believe that heaven just had to say...Sure Mate...and bring the croc in with ya....fly high dear friend...miss you lots....
here is a story of how we met...yes met...hope you all like it...some may even remeber it from tv...
How sad...its his birthday today...and he's not here....you see our mummy is Australian and we always watched his shows...we even met him and his wife during a tv show in Australia...mummy was on the show and so was Steve. his wife and the crew...it was one of the most exciting days we ever had....he had his snakes and a ptyhon on the show...mummy was wearing a gold snake bracelet and Steve and the crew played a joke on her by setting up a rubber snake to dangle from the ceiling..."on camera" and scared the daylight out of mummy...than they all laughted and i bet so did the rest of Australia....gold snakes of jewelery are the only kind of snakes mummy likes...the real ones scare the pants of her...so how high do you think she jumped....really high..and on tv.
Steve was no different to when he does the shows and his expressions dont stop on tv...he was exactly the same in real life...full of awww and excitement and his wife sweet and friendly as can be.

Such a terrible, terrible unfortunate circumstance. Steven impacted my life so much that I too, five years ago started rescuing abused and abandoned cats and horses. To date I have rescued 39 and will continue to do so in Steve's memory. I will miss him terribly.

We were so sad to learn about the untimely death of a wildlife warrior who took environmental causes to the forefront of the world. We have dedicated our site with a message to him on our home page and we would like to challenge other like minded business owners to do the same. RIP you fantastic person, even though I never got to meet him personally I feel as though I know him. What a legacy he has left. Good on you Terri for keeping the flag flying and you go girl, Bindi you are a legend and young Bob has some big steps to follow. RIP Steve, we are all looking forward to carrying on your dedicated work in saving the environment and our wildlife.

Steve was the most unique man in this world. He made people of this planet happy when they saw him. It didnt matter what kind of person you were or what you liked or disliked or where you were.One thing was is that most of the world loved him for who he was and how he was. No there will never be another like him but maybe we can be better people because of him and what he tought us.He brought to me a way of thinking about wildlife and about life in general and i will always remember him and love him.

hi ya'll,
he was such a wonderful man, and i was tought that everything happens for a reason. well i'm still looking for the reason in Stevo's death. because of him i am starting to take a course of zoology (sp?) in my school classes. i did a report for that class and he was the entire theme. i got an A+ so that was good.
also on my gym uniform, we had grey shirts and on the back i wrote "Rest in peace Steve Irwin, legends NEVER die."
I loved him, but no one loved him more than Terry; and no one ever will.
