Dear Terri, Bindi, and Bob, as well as Steve's friends and other family member's. My daughter and I have cried true "crocodile Tears" for the people Steve left behind. WE have been thinking of your family and asking God to help ease your pain and sorrow. We will all miss him, I am hoping that just knowing he is in a better place(I know we would rather it be here) is comforting. We will keep your family in our thoughts as if we personally knew you. I pray that everyday gets a little easier and you can again live your life(s) as Steve would have wanted his family to. He will be greatly missed by all, but mostly by his loving family. Bless you!!

I came to know of the croc hunter through his documentaries. You don't need to know anyone personally to know their worth.Steve made a such a huge difference in this world that no one will be able to fill his shoes. But he died doing something he loved. I am sure he would not have wanted to do something else or be someone else. The day I came to know I cried. My condolences and prayers for the family and I hope that the work he loved and the one which he died for will be carried on....
We'll MISS you

DEAR BINDI,
Your father's such an early departure is not only an irrepairable loss to you but to the whole Eco system & to the community who cared for the well being of the animal lovers. For them Steve was the champion amongst champions serving the cause for wildlife protection & I personally am his one of the admirers.I watched his every episode of 'Crocodile Hunter'.I hope you too grow up & become a fighter for the same cause & go many a steps ahead than what Seve achieved.May his glorious smile & his wonderfull spirit always guide us to the path of righteousness.
Yours Truly

Steve was one of the nicest, most hard working, passionate, kind, warm hearted people in the entire world and his death has come far, far too soon.
He maybe gone but he will never be forgotten and has left behind a legacy that will be fulfilled not only by his children and friends and family but by the others across the world that were touched by his personality.

We've lost the greatest person to come out of Australia and this world. Nobody could ever measure up to this "one of a kind" special human being who loved and "did" great things for wildlife as he did. However my heart aches for Terri, Bindi & Bob who have lost even more than we have. May God bless Australia Zoo and the Irwin family.

Single and lost my only child in 1998. Terri and family, my heart goes out to you immeasurably. But, my goodness, remember the energy, the purpose, and the total unrepressible joy that Steve brought and will still bring to your life! You will get through this time of bereavement in your own time. Just look at those photos, though. Puts a smile on your face...gives you purpose! HA! What a smile he has put on my face since I lost Holly. Keep busy, be good! And that wild look in his eyes, he was one with the animals. Those crocs might have taken a nip here and there...truth is they loved him because he respected them! Terri, you'll keep your purpose and your promise, this I beleive! Bless you and your beautiful children! And no, I'm not 100...could get there though!
