So many mourn this wonderful man. He has left a legacy that will stick with our children for a lifetime. He taught people young and old the values of what this planet has to offer. He will be greatly missed by all. We hope that all of his hard work with animal conservation will continue for many, many years to come.

My family and I would like to send our prays and love to Steve Irwin's family. It's sad that such a great man who has made a difference in everyone's life is gone. Just know that heaven has received another angel that we will miss forever. I hope that people will come forward to continue Steve's mission of conservation and help all our fury friends to live in an environment where they are loved. I hope that one day our world will be a safe place for animals, and for Steve to see from heaven and smile down on us and be proud that he made a difference in the world and changed everyone's feelings about animals.

Oh I am sure those who seen the Animal Planet tribute tonight will be flooding this board.
What can I say, I am a 32 year old man, and father of two. I am so thankful my wife was at work and the kids were sleeping. I was a blubbering bafoon the whole 1 hour sending off of Steve, his memorial that aired today. How touching. I didnt think I, a man who never met him, would be so saddened by the show to the point of mourning as if he was my own brother.
I am soooo going to miss you Steve, and miss the world you brought to my eyes and the rest of the worlds. I will miss Terri, Bindi and Bob and your zoo....since there is no more shows to come.
With that, I will keep you constantly in my prayers Terri and for your wonderful Children that you and Steve brought to this worlkd. I will mourn him forever somewhere deep in my heart.
God Bless.... he will be soarly missed.

You taught us to save and respect animals. Tradgicaly you left with out us being able to say good-bye. The animals you saved are greving for you as much as we are for you. You helped so many animals now its our turn to help and pick up where you left off on your incredibal journey. God saw you where getting tired So he put his arms around you and wispered come with me With tearful eyes we watched you As we saw you pass away Although we love you deeply We could not make you stay Your golden heart stoped stopped beating Hard working hands at rest God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. We'll miss you.

Steve, you took the wildlife acroos the earth in your hands and lifted it into our tv homes. Having grown up with nature movies filmed on far distance to preserve the natural living situation, your way was as refreshing as it was inovative. We may not have seen the animals totally un disturbed, but we did se the animals up close to view the perfect details.
You will never be replaced, but I hope the seed you planted will grow to a continuing work for the understanding of the importance of our nature. May the future generations be as pasionate as you taught us all to be today.

What a shock we had to learn of Steve's passing. This wonderful man sparked our interest in animals that we once disliked seeing, and taught us respect for all of God's creatures. We hope his beautiful family, Terri, Bindi Sue, Bob and Steve's dad will find the strength to carry on his legacy. May God bless you all and give you strength.
