I have just finished reading the last page of Terri Irwin's book 'Steve & Me'. I think they are both an inspiration to others!
Their love for each is amazing and they make you want to become a better person, not just with helping animals but with life in general! I wish Terri well with all of her ongoing projects and life with the family and the zoo! x :O)

He's far from stupid, he did what he loved and died from the consequences. Stingray attacks are rare and he was more likely to get his hand bitten off by a Crocodile, but obviously luck wasn't on his side when it happened and all we can do now is remember him as the great crocodile hunter, who brought joy and happiness to many people all over the world. R.I.P Steve.

I cannot believe it's been a year. To Terri and her children, I send my deepest condolences to you. My daughter is the same age as your son and I remember when you gave birth just weeks after me. I cannot imagine going through all of the stress with two little ones. Steve was a fantastic man that the world still misses.

I cannot express how deeply sorry i am, but in the same sense i'm not. Because i wouldn't want people to be sorry if i died.. i would want them to take in everything i fought for and use it. Steve was an amazing person, and i honestly cried when i found out. I found out because my mom called me to let me know, because ever since his show cam on air watched it like a religion. so i say to the family, you are all strong and you all have some Steve in you. stay strong... don't let anything bring you down.

When tomorrow starts without me
and I'm not here to see...
If the sun should rise and find your
eyes filled with tears for me,
I wish so much you wouldn't cry
the way you did today...
While thinking of the many things
we didn't get to say.
I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you...
And each time you think of me,
I know you'll miss me, too.
But when tomorrow starts without me,
please try to understand...
That Jesus came and called my name
and took me by the hand,
And said my place was ready
in heaven far above...
And that I'd have to leave behind
all those I dearly love.
So when tomorrow starts without me,
don't think we're far apart...
For every time you think of me,
I'm right here in your heart.

11/24/07--I watched Bindy perform on the Today show--how she's grown into a beautiful, talented little girl. Steve must be beaming from Heaven! I've followed Steve and Terri's life since Steve first appeared on tv and he & Terri first met. I even had the privilege of meeting Steve when I visited the Zoo in 2001. I will look forward to watching his Friends & Family carry on Steve's Legacy in years to come! My Prayers & Thoughts continue to go out to Terri, Bindy & Bob. God Bless All of You!

I love you still big man, I never met you, but through your work I learned so much about the stuff that scares most of us. When I was told it hurt so much but my tears have slowed to a trickle now (thank goodness or the world would be very very wet!!!) I wish Terry, Bindi, Bob and all the family all the luck and love in the world carrying on with Steves dream, and living new dreams of their own. Jane x x x x

God gave us the beautiful planet to look after. Steve Irwin and his family have dedicated their lives to protecting it....and to educating others so that they can protect it too. Because of the positive influence he has made in the field of conservation, I believe that there is a special place in Heaven for Steve, and he will someday lead his family to that promise land with that big smile and huge heart that we all know, love, and will never forget. Thanks for everything. You really did make a difference.
