Steve you are truly missed by all animal lovers and conservationist all over the world. You were a true inspiration to many and gave hope that the world would stop the terible animal cruelty and the killings of our precious animal friends.

Steve was a great man. I used to watch the Crocodile Hunter over anything else on TV. He was so enthusiastic about his work. It's rare to find a human being so passionate about life. His joyous spirit was infectious. My best wishes to his family, and may Steve rest in peace.

Hi Sir Steve, i still can't come to terms with the fact that u are no longer with us. Each and everytime i see ur documentaries i shed tears automatically cause u were easily one of the best Guys who ever lived in the near History in this Cruel World. I am sitting here now watching one of his shows and still get tears in my eyes. He was such a part of our family. We spoke of Steve everyday. Both of my boys thought they were Steve!!! They still do. We all just loved him so much and still do. He will always be remembered by myself and my family. God rest your soul Steve...may he also be with your family.

We have watched the show since it first came on tv. Nicky always said that he wanted to meet Steve and his family someday. We are so sorry that he is gone. May he rest in peace. Peace be with the family. I know it is hard i had lost my mom and dad when i was young.

Ive watched Steves programs since the age of about 4, and he always inspirer me to want to work with animals, i was on holiday to Tenerife when i heard the news of his tragic death, but he died doing what he loved, RIP Steve

To Steve's family my sympathy. My husband passed away two years ago very suddenly. I didn't have small children like Steve left to Terri, Thank God for that. But it is still a void in my life, as my husband loved to watch Steve! He made a special effort to be at home when Steve's show was on....he was amazing! And as someone before me said, he died the way he lived. But it was such a shock to the world, because he was always soooo good to anything that he touched, even a little spider in his house, he would put on a piece of paper to take it outside. I know your children will be just as educated on wild life as your were.
We miss you. God Be With Your Family.
